We do more than simply service your computer - we want to be certain that you are completely satisfied and comfortable with your computer service experience. We do this by traveling to your home or office and taking care of your computer repairs for you! After providing an initial diagnosis and estimate, we complete most needed upgrades or repairs onsite, ensuring that your computer system(s) work properly before we leave. In most cases, all work can be done in a single visit. All of this for a price that is competitive with what many of the "big guys" charge for carry-in service!

Unlike our competitors, we concentrate our efforts exclusively on home and small office computer users such as yourself, that require greater attention to detail and personalized service. Our friendly professional and qualified technicians will do everything in their power to make having your computer or network service a positive experience.

We make assessments in non-technical, easy-to-understand terms and explain to clients exactly what is wrong and what options and estimated costs are. We take whatever extra steps are necessary to make sure you are completely satisfied with our service. Pricing

We do not like to list our rates as we approach each project on an individual basis. General rates are $46/hour in-shop labor. We try to keep costs reasonable with the services provided.
